PhishingBox is a growing cybersecurity company in downtown Lexington, KY that’s looking for a talented individual to help us coordinate our Managed Services. We are a growing yet closely-knit group made of individuals who are constantly generating creative solutions for our clients. This role will serve as the primary resource and will be directly responsible for the execution of security awareness training campaigns for our Managed Services customers. They are therefore expected to have both cybersecurity knowledge as well as communication skills. We’ve created a fun but high-paced environment in which multiple projects run in parallel, and team members are readily available to assist one another as necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns to meet client goals
  • Develop unique, customer-specific reports from our platform
  • Customer training and knowledge refreshers
  • Fulfill various other tasks such as troubleshooting
  • Providing ongoing customer support and guidance
  • Compiling data for customer and internal quarterly reviews
  • Tracking account usage
 
Requirements:
  • Cybersecurity experience
  • Professional work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Obsessed with detail
  • Critical thinker and self starter
  • Ability to apply problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, and other consumer software applications
 
Nice to Have:
  • Fluent in a second language
  • Understanding of HTML
